- Coat Vanilla Chex: Pour 4 cups of Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Melt 6 ounces of white chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent burning. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
