  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine the finely crushed Nutter Butter cookies with the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer on medium speed. Gradually add in the sugar, continuing to beat until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the filling is creamy and smooth.
  3. Assemble and bake: Pour the cream cheese filling evenly over the prepared cookie crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles when shaken gently.
