Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  2. Shape and Stuff the Cookies: Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough and flatten it into a small disc in the palm of your hand. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center, then fold the dough around the filling, sealing it completely and shaping it into a ball. Repeat this process until all dough and Nutella are used.
  3. Bake the Cookies: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on the sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
