Cookie Dough
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- Shape and Stuff the Cookies: Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough and flatten it into a small disc in the palm of your hand. Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center, then fold the dough around the filling, sealing it completely and shaping it into a ball. Repeat this process until all dough and Nutella are used.
